Loaded with everything for a week on Norris Lake: 320-gallon freshwater capacity, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

Reservation Policy
- Deposit: $1,500 standard rental · $2,000 for seven-day rentals
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the cancelled dates
- Full rental rate due on arrival; deposit held as collateral and returned at checkout
- Check-in 3:00 p.m. · Check-out 10:00 a.m. (vessel must be outside the harbor for escort by 10 a.m.)
- Late return fee: $100 plus $100 per hour
- 180–200 gallons of fuel onboard at boarding (enough for a Mon–Fri or Fri–Mon rental)
