Presidential Series

The Presidential Series is our newest and most luxurious houseboat to date. Loaded with incredible amenities, the Presidential has a complete Wet Sounds audio system and underwater lighting around the perimeter of the houseboat. Fully Equipped with twin outboard Yamaha motors and dual generators, providing a completely independent back up power source. These luxury options are just the beginning of the amazing new advances you will find on the one and only Presidential Series.

Reservation Deposit
• A deposit of $1,000 is due to reserve your houseboat
• All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the houseboat for the cancelled dates
• Upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation of reservation will be e-mailed

Departure
• Check-in is available at 3:00pm
• Before departing, full payment must be made with cash, check, or credit card
• Departure must be made one (1) hour before sunset to safely ensure that the boat is secured in a cove before dark.
• Early check-in may be available on a case by case basis. Some fees may apply

Returning
• The vessel must be outside of Shanghai Resort Marina for escort service by 10:00AM on the last day of rental. If the boat is returned late, a fee of $100.00 will apply, as well as $100.00 per hour until the boat is returned
• Boat will be refueled once it returns to dock, and fuel balance must be paid before deposit is returned

Other Policies
• Renter is responsible for the houseboat and all of its contents
• Renters must be at least 23 years of age
• All renters are expected to follow all nautical codes for boating safety and responsible for assuring laws are abided
• Renter is responsible for all fuel used during the rental
• During rental, the houseboat shall never enter any marina
• The houseboat is not permitted to run at night. In the case of late arrivals the houseboat must stay on the dock until sunrise
• We request that all houseboat rentals be accompanied by another motorized boat. If your crew will not be bringing a boat, we can provide a john boat for $249 per houseboat rental ($299 with 7 day rental.) Our john boats are basic 4 person dingys. Our home marina, Shanghai Resort also has pontoons and ski boats that can be rented. This request is made because the houseboat is not allowed to enter marinas during your vacation. If for some reason you feel that you will not need to return to shore for any reason, we will waive the request for a second motorized boat.
• Assistance will be provided as quickly as possible for any situations that may arise. However a $150.00 fee will be charged for any service call due to customer negligence
• 14 adult life jackets are provided. These jackets are for emergency use only, they may not be used for general use. A fee will be deducted from deposit if life jackets are used for general use. The renter is responsible for having enough life jackets for every person on board
• We provide all linens, pillowcases, and sheets as well as cooking utensils. No towels are provided
